Many young people involved in the public sector have thought of bringing change, arriving on time, not accepting bribes, etc.
After working for a few months, I feel that all the old workers seem to be acting stupid, some even say that we were like this at the beginning but nobody seems to care. There are those who encourage you to do what you can to make a living, but don’t dream of making a difference, take it if someone gives you money, etc.
From then on, the training, the studies done, the oath etc. are forgotten.
What will it do if it is not even allowed to speak in the parliament? It was enthusiastic at first, but when you are often told to be quiet, won’t you be quiet? So it can’t present a single bill for 5 years without being part of a parliamentary group?
Can’t advocate for the people because it is regulated by internal rules?
How many times have theories been explained here but many people don’t listen because they think you are the one with the theory.
Let’s all see now that this parliament is useless because it is a market war and those who are used to making noise win.
It will be replaced by a new system, but everyone is waiting to admit that it is a dead system and it is not possible to change anything.
The election of the Mayor will be held again in the future, and some will say that they will bring progress, but the members of parliament, even if they had the will, cannot speak to this system.
Will you never admit that because RCR does not distribute money, it is not suitable for us?
This phenomenon is called resistance to change because all systems have the characteristic that there is a way to change and not to want to change. How many people went in there and were able to make a difference? They even changed. There will be another RCR formation soon for those of you who are interested, but so far what has been said is valid and this situation must end with KO when no one listens.
